The small car on the left, with dual-steering wheels, was acquired from Arrow Development for the Fantasyland "Midget Autopia" at Disneyland. It was not designed by Bob Gurr (as in the case of the other Autopia vehicles) and couldn't actually be steered or driven on its own. The Midget Autopia cars were electric and guided along a track, similar to ride vehicles used in Snow White's Adventures or Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.
